I use Dreamweaver to create interesting and unique web sites. I usually don't work with templates. It seems that my clients prefer I create something no one else has ever seen. I also update and manage existing sites designed by others. I can do a complete web site makeover as well. However, that doesn't negate using templates. I've found a site with quality FREE templates that would keep the cost down if you're looking for a web site with minimal customization. Using a template would reduce the overall cost of building your site. Either way, I would enjoy the opportunity to create your new site.

Things to consider when thinking about creating or updating your web site:
What do you want your web site to accomplish for you?
Do you have a favorite site?
If yes, what is it about that site that appeals to you?
Do you immediately understand the purpose of the site without having to click through several pages?
Do you have text ready to put on your web pages, or at least conceptually what each page's message should convey?
Do you have a current site with outdated text or images that needs to be brought up to date?
Are you just tired of looking at the same pages for the last year or so?
Will you require that your site work with a database?
Do you want revenue generating ads in your site?
